Brett is a very proud alum of his childhood camp, Camp Jack Hazard in Central Valley, CA, and so on February 26th, he and his brother will perform a benefit concert at the Gallo Center in Modesto, CA to support future generations of kids enjoying the camp. Let’s get healthy together! I’m starting 2012 off on the right foot with a simple and easy Superfood Cleanse that I designed with my friends at Essential Living Foods. I encourage you to join me. It will be fun. We can share tweets and FB posts about it. It isn’t expensive. All you have to do is order your BD Bundle and on January 1st, we start the cleanse together. I suggest at the very minimum, you make a smoothie with the ingredients in the bundle. We can share ideas about fruits, veggies or any other healthy tasty additions that can be used to make these smoothies delicious and nutritious. If you want to be more adventurous, you can substitute a smoothie for lunch or dinner as well, but don’t forget to custom fit this cleanse to your own needs. I recommend keeping it vegan or vegetarian with little to no dairy. My plan is to have a smoothie for breakfast, salad and raw veggies for lunch, and a simple dinner of veggies and whole grains like quinoa or brown rice. I of course will be adding lots of raw snacks and fresh juices but you don’t have to go to that extreme. Make realistic for what you can accomplish. Time to get healthy in 2012! – BD
