The idea is simple. Give fans the opportunity to enjoy live music while offering ways to get involved with positive causes in their local communities.
At all Brett Dennen shows, local non-profit organizations are present, providing information about the work they do in their community and how the audience can get involved. Before taking the stage, a representative from the selected charity is given the floor to educate the audience on what they’re accomplishing and how the audience can get involved. The non-profit also sets up a table near our merchandise and place signage, hand out flyers, and introduce Brett before his performance. On past tours we’ve had charities and non-profits from all walks of life and havedeveloped an online community, lovespeaks.org, where our fans can interact with these non-profits post-show, gather more information, and continue the relationship.
